Pink Zheez
Line Description:
For this line, we chose to reverse another popular and well-favored strain of ours, the Pink Wafers. This strain is known for its high yields, dense colorful buds, and gassy, creamy, and musky aromas. The flower from this strain even made its way to being stocked at Cookies Thailand. We selected a roughly 70% Biscotti-dominant and 30% Pink Champagne phenotype, ‘Pheno #5,’ as the donor plant. Pheno #5 was chosen for multiple reasons, including its vigorous plant structure, trichome coverage, high yields, and dense bud formation. It also had great bag appeal, with purple hues inherited from the Purps in the Pink Champagne BX1 mother. By crossing these strains with our Pink Waferz #5, we envisioned creating a line of strains that pack heavy terps while also improving yields, plant structure, and bud formation.
Strain Description:
This strain is the result of a special collaboration between QC Farms and Conscious Genetics. They have a long history together; in fact, QC Farms was one of the main reasons Conscious Genetics entered the breeding game in the first place by opening their eyes to the cannabis industry. It’s only fitting that we decided to team up and create a unique strain named after one of their most popular varieties, ‘Zheez.’ This collaboration also aims to build bridges between the UK and the USA. We are proud to introduce the Pink Zheez.
The original Zheez by QC Farms was a cross of Zkittlez and Cheese. We had a similar one-of-a-kind creation, a terpy, Z-dominant strain—Rainbow Beltz #4—crossed with the Exodus Cheese from Doctor Organics Living Soil. We then decided to take this one-off creation and reverse the Pink Waferz #5 onto it, giving birth to the Pink Zheez.
